Surfboards
All new and used surfboard sales are final. Please allow 2-3 days for packaging and 5-7 business days for delivery via FedEx Ground Service. Custom surfboard orders will take between 4-6 weeks for production before the order can be shipped. All surfboard orders are insured by the carrier. Order Status
To check on status of your order, return or exchange, email cs@alohasurfgear.com. Please include your order number to help us reference your order quickly.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return your item(s), please send an email to support2@fulfillmentwerks.com within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will not accept returns past 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2-3 days from when your order was placed. Standard shipping normally takes between 7-10 business days. USPS Priority Mail averages 5-7 business days and FedEx takes 2 business days from the time your order is shipped. In-stock items are shipped right away, but if an item is on backorder, it may take a little longer. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail.
Tax
We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.712% to Hawaii residents only.
International Orders
Important Note For International Customers: Regardless of shipping method, international customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately AlohaSurfGear.com cannot mark your packaging as a "gift" or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. To do so would risk losing our license to ship.
NOTE: Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to AlohaSurfGear.com due to an input error on the customer's part.
